• 1 oz of strawberry purée*
  • 3 cucumber rings
  • 3/4 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • 4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 7-Up

*Use a commercial strawberry purée or throw 3-4 fresh strawberries in a blender


  1. In a Boston glass, muddle the cucumber
  2. Add the strawberry purée (or fresh strawberries), red wine and the other ingredients
  3. Shake vigorously using a shaker
  4. Add ice
  5. Top with 7-Up
  6. Garnish with cucumber slices
