INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé (at room temperature)
  • 1 ½ oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ½ tsp of white sugar
  • 4 oz of boiling water
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary (1 as garnish)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mug
  2. Stir with a bar spoon (approximately 6 stirs)
  3. Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig
