INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¾ oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz of red cranberry juice
- 2 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Brut
- 4 strawberries (1 as garnish)
- Lemon zest (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- In a shaker, quarter and muddle 3 strawberries and add ice
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, and shake well
- Sieve into a Highball glass
- Top up with St. Regis Brut
- Garnish with last strawberry
