Champs de fraises



  • 1 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¾ oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz of red cranberry juice
  • 2 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Brut
  • 4 strawberries (1 as garnish)
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)


  1. In a shaker, quarter and muddle 3 strawberries and add ice
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, and shake well
  3. Sieve into a Highball glass
  4. Top up with St. Regis Brut
  5. Garnish with last strawberry
