The Fiery Pineapple

INGREDIENTS
- 3 pineapple cubes
- 1 chili pepper sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 oz of lime juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
DIRECTIONS
- In an old fashioned glass, gently muddle the chili pepper
- In a shaker, muddle the pineapple, add lime juice, simple syrup and red wine
- Shake vigorously
- Strain the drink mix into the old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a piece of chili pepper and a slice of pineapple
