The Fiery Pineapple



  • 3 pineapple cubes
  • 1 chili pepper sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon


  1. In an old fashioned glass, gently muddle the chili pepper
  2. In a shaker, muddle the pineapple, add lime juice, simple syrup and red wine
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Strain the drink mix into the old fashioned glass
  5. Garnish with a piece of chili pepper and a slice of pineapple
