Chardo and tonic

INGREDIENTS

• 4 oz of St.Regis Chardonnay

• 3 oz of Tonic soda

• ½ oz of lime juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Fill a glass with ice
2. Add the ingredients and stir gently
3. Garnish with a lime chip and star anise
