Cucumber Cooler

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz St. Regis Chardonnay

  • 0.25 Cucumber, chopped

  • 1 Large Cucumber

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1 tbsp. Simple syrup

  • Ice


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, chopped cucumber, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the St.Regis Chardonnay and ice.
  3. Shake, and strain into a glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime and cucumber slice.
  5. To make the simple syrup: combine equal parts of sugar and water and bring to a boil. Let cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Keeps for up to a month.
