- 4 oz St. Regis Chardonnay
- 0.25 Cucumber, chopped
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp. Simple syrup
- In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, chopped cucumber, and simple syrup.
- Add the St.Regis Chardonnay and ice.
- Shake, and strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a lime and cucumber slice.
- To make the simple syrup: combine equal parts of sugar and water and bring to a boil. Let cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Keeps for up to a month.
