INGREDIENTS

  • 550 ml St. Regis Nosecco
  • 3 oz. Lemon juice
  • 4 dashes Orange bitters
  • 4 oz Tonic water
  • 10g Fine edible lavender
  • Ice


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the ice, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker, shake well.
  2. Divide the lemon juice mixture with a strainer into three stemless Champagne glasses.
  3. Fill each glass with the St.Regis Nosecco until about 3/4 of the glass is full, then top with tonic water. 
  4. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel twist or fine edible lavender.
