- 550 ml St. Regis Nosecco
- 3 oz. Lemon juice
- 4 dashes Orange bitters
- 4 oz Tonic water
- 10g Fine edible lavender
- Place the ice, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker, shake well.
- Divide the lemon juice mixture with a strainer into three stemless Champagne glasses.
- Fill each glass with the St.Regis Nosecco until about 3/4 of the glass is full, then top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon peel twist or fine edible lavender.
