Modgeeto Kiwi



  • 2 ½ oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay
  • ¼ oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ a kiwi, chopped
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 oz of ginger ale
  • Sprig of mint (as garnish)
  • Slice of kiwi (as garnish)


  1. Using a shaker, muddle the kiwi
  2. Add the lime juice, ice, wine and shake well
  3. Sieve into an ice-filled Highball glass
  4. “Smack” the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and drop into the glass
  5. Top up with ginger ale
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of kiwi
