INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz of lemon juice
- ½ oz of maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura
- 3 oz of St.Regis Cabernet Sauvignon
DIRECTIONS
- In a shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients except the wine for 3 to 4 minutes
- Filter through the sieve
- Stir again to make the mixture foam well
- Pour into a cup and float the wine
- Add the lemon zest taking care to squeeze the oils on the top of the cocktail to add its aroma
