Peachy Bellini


  • 1 bottle of St. Regis non-alcoholic Secco

  • 2 oz of peach juice

  • 3 - 5 peach slices

  • 5 sprigs of mint


  1. Slice the peaches and remove the pits.
  2. Pour 2 ounces of the peach juice into a Champagne flute.
  3. Add the peach slices.
  4. Pour the St.Regis Secco to fill your flute.
  5. Gently stir with a spoon to combine.
  6. Garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig, if desired.
