Pepprey Icy Pear


  • 1 1/2 oz of pear purée*

  • 4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay

  • 1/2 oz of maple syrup

  • 1/2 oz of lemon juice

  • A pinch of pepper

*Use a commercial pear purée or make your own
(2 peeled pears, 1 tbsp. of water and mix in a blender)


  1. Crush ice
  2. Place ice in a glass
  3. In a shaker, add pear purée, pepper, maple syrup, lemon juice and white wine
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain the mix over the crushed ice
  6. Garnish with a slice of pear and a drizzle of maple syrup
