INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé
  • 1 oz of Ceres peach juice
  • 0.5 oz of grapefruit elixir by Monsieur Cocktail
  • 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Red plum slice(s)
  • Honeydew melon, cubes or balls
  • 2 oz of lemon flavoured Eska carbonated spring water


DIRECTIONS

  1. In an ice-filled old fashioned glass, add all the ingredients except the carbonated water
  2. Stir with a bar spoon
  3. Add the carbonated water before serving
