INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé
- 1 oz of Ceres peach juice
- 0.5 oz of grapefruit elixir by Monsieur Cocktail
- 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- Red plum slice(s)
- Honeydew melon, cubes or balls
- 2 oz of lemon flavoured Eska carbonated spring water
DIRECTIONS
- In an ice-filled old fashioned glass, add all the ingredients except the carbonated water
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Add the carbonated water before serving
