Presque Mexico



  • 2.5 oz of St.Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
  • ¾ oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ oz of agave syrup (or brown sugar syrup)
  • 2 oz of grapefruit soda
  • Lime wedge (as garnish)
  • 2 tbsp of sugar (as garnish)
  • 2 tbsp of salt (as garnish)
  • A pinch of powdered cinnamon (as garnish)
  • Grapes (as garnish)


  1. In a small dish, mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon
  2. Use lime wedge to moisten the outside rim of a cocktail glass
  3. Dip the glass in the sugar, salt and cinnamon mix
  4. In an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients except the soda, and mix well
  5. Strain the mix into an ice-filled cocktail glass
  6. Top up with grapefruit soda
  7. Garnish with grapes
