INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz of Shiraz Rosé St.Regis
  • 1 oz of strawberry / rhubarb juice
  • ½ oz of lemon juice
  • 2 oz of soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in the serving glass and fill half way with crushed ice
  2. Stir with a bar spoon adding crushed ice to create a beautiful mountain of ice
  3. Garnish with mint that you have first squeezed in the palm of your hand to release the aromas
