INGREDIENTS

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 4 grapefruit chunks, squeezed
  • 4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé
  • 3/4 oz of ginger syrup
  • 1/4 oz of lime juice
  • Soda


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a Mason jar and shake vigorously
  2. Add ice
  3. Top with soda
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf and a grapefruit wedge
