INGREDIENTS
- 2 fresh, very leafy, basil sprigs
- 3/4 oz of lime juice
- 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup
- 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay
DIRECTIONS
- In a shaker, add white wine, the other ingredients and shake vigorously
- Strain the mix into a stemless wine glass
- Add ice
- Garnish with a bouquet of basil leaves
