The Sparkling Grenade


  • 4 oz of St. Regis Brut (or fill the glass to 3/4)

  • 3/4 oz of pomegranate syrup*

  • 10 pomegranate seeds

  • Mint leaves (as garnish)

* You can purchase pomegranate juice or press a pomegranate using a lemon press, and mix 2 parts juice and 1 part sugar according to quantity required


  1. Pour the St. Regis non-alcoholic Brut into a wine glass
  2. With a spoon, slowly pour the pomegranate syrup into the wine glass by holding the spoon against the glass so the syrup settles to the bottom
  3. Add a few pomegranate seeds
  4. Garnish with mint leaves
