INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay
  • 2 oz Tradition apple mango juice
  • 0.5 oz lemon elixir by Monsieur Cocktail
  • Mango cube(s)
  • Kiwi slice(s)
  • 2 oz orange flavoured Eska carbonated spring water


DIRECTIONS

  1. In an ice-filled tulip or highball glass, add all the ingredients except the carbonated water
  2. Stir with a bar spoon
  3. Add the carbonated water before serving
