NoMa Sour
A sophisticated mocktail that balances the tartness of lemon with the richness of non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a complex and satisfying beverage for those who enjoy a little zing.

INGREDIENTS
3 oz of St.Regis Cabernet Sauvignon
¾ oz of lemon juice
½ oz of maple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes of Angostura
DIRECTIONS
- In a shaker filled with ice, mix all the ingredients except the wine for 3 to 4 minutes
- Filter through the sieve
- Stir again to make the mixture foam well
- Pour into a cup and float the wine
- Add the lemon zest taking care to squeeze the oils on the top of the cocktail to add its aroma
