- Pepprey Icy Pear
*Use a commercial pear purée or make your own
(2 peeled pears, 1 tbsp. of water and mix in a blender)
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz of pear purée*
4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay
1/2 oz of maple syrup
1/2 oz of lemon juice
A pinch of pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Crush ice
- Place ice in a glass
- In a shaker, add pear purée, pepper, maple syrup, lemon juice and white wine
- Shake vigorously
- Strain the mix over the crushed ice
- Garnish with a slice of pear and a drizzle of maple syrup
