Rosé fizz
INGREDIENTS
4 oz of Shiraz Rosé St.Regis
1 oz of strawberry / rhubarb juice
½ oz of lemon juice
2 oz of soda
DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients in the serving glass and fill half way with crushed ice
- Stir with a bar spoon adding crushed ice to create a beautiful mountain of ice
- Garnish with mint that you have first squeezed in the palm of your hand to release the aromas
