We are delighted to present our two new premium dealcoholized wines to the collection: Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. These wines are designed to deliver all the rich, nuanced flavours you have come to expect from traditional wines—minus the alcohol.
Sauvignon Blanc: Crisp, Zesty, and Full of Life
Our new dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant, refreshing wine that truly captures the essence of its alcoholic counterpart. With crisp notes of pink grapefruit and white peach, this wine offers a dry and zesty profile that wine lovers will find truly invigorating. According to Natalie MacLean, a leading wine critic, this Sauvignon Blanc "tastes bone-dry and refreshing," earning an impressive 91 points. She describes it as “smooth, juicy, and medium-bodied,” making it an exceptional value for its price.
Sarah Kate from Some Good Clean Fun also highlighted the aromas of lychee and subtle grassiness, which add a unique depth to the wine. While she noted that the acidity could be slightly more pronounced, she appreciated the balance between its light sweetness and citrusy crispness. She praised the soft and smooth texture, remarking that it was “surprisingly silky for a non-alcoholic wine.”
With these balanced flavours, this dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with field greens, seafood, and goat cheese. It’s a versatile choice that brings freshness to any meal while remaining light and approachable.
Pinot Noir: Ripe Fruit, Smooth Texture, Uncompromising Quality
For red wine enthusiasts, our dealcoholized Pinot Noir is a standout. This wine boasts seductive notes of ripe cherry and field berries, creating a medium-bodied wine with a silky-smooth texture. Natalie MacLean awarded it 90 points, stating that it “significantly overdelivers on its quality at this price.” Pair this delightful Pinot Noir with roast chicken, grilled salmon, or creamy cheeses to experience it at its best.
Sarah Kate echoed similar enthusiasm, describing the aromas of cherry and wood smoke as inviting, while the flavours of dark cherry and hints of oak and leather bring a depth of character that is rarely found in alcohol-free reds. She was particularly impressed by the wine’s well-balanced acidity and excellent tannins, which offer a soft yet dry finish. Sarah also loved the wine’s unique gritty texture, something she hadn’t encountered in other non-alcoholic wines.
With this Pinot Noir, you’re not just drinking a dealcoholized version of a classic—you’re experiencing a red wine that excels in flavour, structure, and mouthfeel, while offering the benefits of being alcohol-free.
Expect to see both wines in stores by mid-November. Detailed listing information will be posted shortly. If you can’t find them in your local store, feel free to ask the grocery store manager to stock them! For retail inquiries, please contact us.
